Camp Work Day: Fall Cleaning

This morning we had 7 people in attendance to help with various projects around camp. Here are some of the projects they were able to accomplish.

• clean and mop the winter cabin

• make deck repairs

• apply a protective application to the deck, room of the cabin, and roof of the latrine

• clean the latrine

• clean out and inventory the old troop trailer that had belonged to an unfortunately defunct troop, supplies from which will be used around camp and for the Venture Crew we are the charter organization for

• removed a fortunately inactive hornets nest from the side of the winter cabin

• hung the fire danger sign that was made by Geezer Patrol Leader Don Riley
